Application for Full, Associate or Corresponding Membership
This form is for applicants for full, associate or corresponding membership of ANZSNR.
Applications must be sponsored by two full members of ANZSNR in good standing.
You may apply by completing this form online, or if you prefer you may print the form and mail it to the Secretariat at secretariat@anzsnr.org.au.
After approval, membership will become current on payment of the annual subscription (currently $240AUD plus GST for Full Membership and $65AUD plus GST for Associate or Corresponding Membership).
